摘要
我国社区体育管理存在着经营型和非经营型不同的管理模式,对社区体育经营型管理模式的市场表现、体育的社会化、产业化特征等几方面进行了理论分析,探讨我国社区体育经营型管理现实市场的成败。研究表明,社区体育经营型管理的存在是对非经营型管理不足的一种补充,对社区体育发展起到了一种合力的作用,解决目前我国社区体育发展中存在的矛盾,经营型管理应从社区实际出发。
There are operation and non-operation modes of community sports management in China. Success and failure of sports business management in China was analyzed from aspects of government failure, market performance, sports socialization and industrialization characteristics. The theoretical analyses were given on the "business type" management mode. The study showed that the operation mode of community sports was complementary to the non-profit sports management, and played a joint role in the community sports management. To solve the conflicts in the community sports development in China, operational management should be conducted on the basis of the practical conditions of the communities.
