摘要
分析和探讨了现代教育观念下网络教学评价的形成、操作流程与特点,以及存在的问题,阐述了网络教学评价的发展趋势,明确了网络教学评价导向性、科学性、动态性、层次性、简捷性原则,提出要运用现代教育观念,采用现代技术,以网络通信为依托,采用在定量方法的基础上,进行定性分析,发挥教学评价的教育性和发展性功能,促使教学管理向科学化、规范化、现代化迈进。
The thesis analyzes and emphasizes on formation, operating process, characteristic and existing problem according to the modem educational conception. Furthermore, it expounds the development tendency of net teaching evaluation. What's more, it maintains that the function of education and development should be elaborated by modern educational conception and modern technology.
