摘要
在新的机遇和学院大发展的形势下,通过与兄弟院校发展战略的比较和对学院发展现状的分析,发现制约学院发展的问题。通过系统论、组织发展战略理论的研究,结合学院的实际情况,找到解决问题的可行性战术策略,为学院的可持续发展服务。
Under the new opportunity and situation of institute＇s great development, pass with the comparison with simple development strategy of brother＇s universities and colleges, analysis on current situation of the development of institute, make great efforts to find that restricts institute＇s development problem. By research of system theory and organization development strategy, combine the actual conditions of the institute, find the feasible tactics of solving the problem, serve for the development of the institute.
