摘要
美国私立教育的发展与教育法制体系的完善有直接的关系。本文对美国私立教育的立法、政府的资助和社会的捐赠、政府的管理和私立高校的自主权,以及如何学习借鉴等问题进行探索,以期受到更多的启发。
The development of the U. S. private education is closely related to the improvement of its legal system of education. With this as the point of departure, the paper expounds the legislation of the private education, the financial assistance and the management of the government, the social donations, and the independent rights of the private institutions, which should be of great value to the ed- ucation reform of China.
