固液混合铸造Al-40%Cu合金的微观组织

摘要 利用固液混合铸造制备了Al-40%Cu合金并对合金的微观组织进行了研究。结果表明:固液混合铸造Al-40%Cu合金中的初生CuAl2多为粒状,尺寸一般为30~80μm。固液混合铸造加入的合金粉能够对Al-40%Cu合金凝固过程产生影响,从而细化合金中初生CuAl2,改善合金组织。与普通铸造和半固态铸造的相比,固液混合铸造Al-40%Cu合金中的初生CuAl2尺寸明显减小,形貌特征得到明显改善。 The microstructure of Al-40% Cu alloys produced by the mixed solid-liquid casting was investigated by OM and SEM. The results show that the primary CuAl2 in Al-10%Cu alloys are almost granule and their size is about 30-80 μm. The powder of Al-20%Cu alloys that was added during the process plays an important role in the solidification of Al-40%Cu alloys, and then the primary CuAl2 are finer, so the microstructure of Al-40% Cu alloy is improved. The primary CuAl2 of Al-40% Cu alloy obtained by the mixed solid-liquid casting is smaller in size and its morphology is better than that prepared by conventional casting and semi-solid casting.
