摘要
目的确定鲜天麻蒸制干燥的最佳工艺。方法以天麻素作为质控指标,采用正交设计法对鲜天麻加工过程中蒸制干燥温度和时间进行优选。结果鲜天麻的最佳蒸制干燥工艺确定为(120±2)℃蒸3min,(60±3)℃烘干。
Objective To evaluate the optimal process technology of braising and drying for the fresh Rhizoma gastrodial. Methods With gastrodin as an index , the optimal conditions temperatures of braising and drying were investigated by the orthogonal experimental design. Result The optimal condition showed that the technology of temperatures of braising was at (120±2)℃, and kept for 3 min ;the drying temperature was at (60±3)℃.
