摘要
本文综述了利用多羧酸作为整理剂对织物进行无甲醛整理的发展过程,酯化和交联反应的机理以及BTCA作为酯化剂,NaH_2PO_2作为催化剂的整理工艺,评价了应用较廉价的其他多羧酸和催化体系对BTCA和碱金属磷酸盐类整理体系的替代,介绍了无甲醛整理剂在非纤维素纤维织物上的应用前景。
In this paper, the progress of non-formaldehyde finishing with polycarboxylic acids, the mechanisms of esterification and crosslingking and the technology using BTCA as a crosslink-ing agent together with NaH2PO2 as a catalyst were reviewed. The replacement of the traditional BTCA crosslinker and alkali metal salts of phosphorous-containing mineral acids by polycarboxylic acids other than BTCA and catalytic system other than phospher-containing one was evaluated. The application of the non-formaldehyde finishing system on substrates other than cotton was also introduced.
