添加剂对氧化钛气敏材料敏感特性的影响 被引量:1

EFFECTS OF ADDITIVES ON THE GAS SENSITIVE PROPERTIES OF TiO 2

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了不同金属或氧化物掺杂的TiO2气敏材料,通过透射电镜、电子衍射和x射线衍射对材料的结晶形态和物相进行了分析,用静态配气法测试了气敏材料的敏感特性.结果表明:这些材料的颗粒尺寸小于0.1μm,800℃处理样品为金红石型TiO2与锐钛矿型TiO2的混合物.通过选择合适的添加剂和工作温度可分别获得选择性酒敏元件。 The gas sensing materials TiO 2 dope with metal (Au,Ag,Pd) or metal oxides (Sn,Sb,Fe,Zn,La,Ce,Pr etc.) are made by chemical coprecipitation.The structure composition,phisical phase,ceramic microstructure of the materials are analyzed with XRD,TEM and ED.The gas sensitivity of the materials is measured in static state.The results show that the particle size of TiO 2 ceramics is lower than 0.1 μm. The specimen calcined at 800℃ is a mixture of anatase and rutite.Inflammable gas sensor,CO gas sensor or selective C 2H 5OH gas sensor can be oblained by selecting proper additives,content of additives and working temperature.
