摘要
根据水资源管理的特点,综合运用地理信息系统、数据库等先进信息技术,探讨了开发水资源管理地理信息系统的基本知识,提供了水资源管理数字化管理平台Arcview。该系统基于VB 6.0和Avenue语言进行集成二次开发,实现各种水资源信息及其相关信息的实时动态管理、空间分析等功能。
This paper has investigated the fundamental knowledge of GIS in water resource management and provided digital management platform of water resource management-Arcview. This work is based on the characteristic of water resource management and by comprehensive application of GIS, database, and other advanced information and technology. The system has been doing ＂integrated secondary development＂ based on VB 6. 0 and Avenue languages to realize the real-time and dynamic management and spacial analysis of various water resource and related information.
