摘要
为了探究蚓粪对废水厌氧发酵的影响,在厌氧发酵瓶中加入了质量为废水质量5%的蚓粪,使其与不加蚓粪的发酵瓶在同等条件下进行厌氧发酵,从产气量、pH值、COD降解速度等方面进行了两期的对比研究。试验结果表明在加入蚓粪初始,即第一期,试验组比对照组产气量高,pH值有利于发酵进行,但由于蚓粪的加入,厌氧发酵瓶内废水的COD浓度也增大了,这样会加大前期厌氧反应器运行负荷;而在消除蚓粪本身产气的第二期,发酵产气量、COD降解速度都明显优于对照组。试验结果表明,蚓粪对厌氧发酵微生物有明显的促进作用,沼气发酵反应器中加入5%的蚓粪,可以提高沼气产率与GOD降解速率,使pH值更趋稳定。
In order to examine the effects of vermicompost on anaerobic fermentation, the experiments were conducted on adding vermicompost accounting for 5 % of wastewater quality. The experiments were divided into two parts. During the first part vermicompost improved the biogas production and pH value adjustment, but at the same time it made the COD of wastewater strengthened . After the COD from vermicompest itself eliminated in the first part experiment, the second part of experiment were made. The positive effect of vermicompest on the biogas production, the COD digestion speed and pH value were more obviously. The resuits show that vermicompest can strengthen the activity of anaerobic sludge, improve COD digestion speed, and promote the stability of pH.
