文章叙述了职业生涯管理的含义、特征、影响因素及其作用,分析了高校图书馆在人力资源管理方面存在的问题,重点阐述了职业生涯管理在高校图书馆发展中的重要作用。
This paper systematically presents the meanings of career management, its characteristics, influential factors and its functions. It further analyzes the problems that academic libraries have in the field of human recourse management, and especially focus on the significant role that career management plays while developing academic libraries.
