收口型燃烧室边缘热裂纹缓解措施的研究

摘要 针对活塞收口型燃烧室边缘易产生热疲劳裂纹的问题,研究了在燃烧室喉口边缘上开应力释放槽对降低活塞热应力、减少热裂纹产生的作用。仿真计算结果表明在收口型燃烧室边缘开适当大小的圆弧槽对减少活塞热裂纹的产生是行之有效的。 Aiming at the phenomenon that thermal crack commonly occurs at the edge of the piston with the toroidal combustion chamber, the quarter model of this kind of piston has been built and its temperature field, thermal stress in steady-state also been analyzed by applying ANSYS software. The method that made groove at the edge of the piston with the toroidal combustion chamber and helped to reduce the thermal stress and thermal crack has been discussed. The simulation result showed that making proper arc groove at the edge of the piston with the toroidal combustion chamber is effective and excellent.
