摘要
基于智能恒压差控制技术的数控直流电流源,结合开关稳压与串联反馈的调整实现高精度、小纹波、低功耗数控直流电流源。系统以P89LPC938单片机为核心控制芯片,采用开关预稳压和串联稳压调整电路构成两级稳压电路,两级间通过PWM智能恒压差控制技术降低功耗。并以ADS1110将输出信号反馈到单片机,形成模拟内环和数字外环的双闭环调节系统。同时使用过流和短路保护电路,提高电路可靠性。
Numeric control direct current source, based on intelligent constant voltage difference control technology, is combined with switching voltage regulation and serial feedback regulation to realize high accuracy, low output ripple and low power consumption. The P89LPC938 MCU was taken as the kernel control chip of the system; and switching voltage pre-regulation and serial feedback regulation circuits were adopted to construct two-layer voltage regulation circuits; and through PWM intelligent constant voltage difference control technology between the two layers, the power consumption was reduced. The ADS1110 was used to feed back output signals to MCU, and a double-loop regulation system with analog inner-loop and digital outer-loop was formed. At the same time, the over current and short were adopted to protect circuits and improve circuit reliability.
