摘要
建立了6自由度的4200轧机垂直振动系统的动力学模型,并用Matlab对其进行了动态分析和仿真,分析了轧制力随时间变化的7种工况下的系统响应,得出了影响轧机垂直方向自激振动的因素,从而为轧制过程中避免产生垂直方向自激振动提供了可靠的理论依据。
A dynamical model of vertical vibration system with six degree freedoms of the 4200 steel plate rolling mill under damping condition is established. The dynamic analysis and simulation was pertormed with Matlab, and the responses of vibration system under seven working situations of rolling power with time are discussed. The influencing factors of self-excited vertical vibration of plate rolling mills are obtained, This provides a reliable theory basis for avoiding self-excited vertical vibration of plate rolling mills in rolling process.
