联麦氧钒对自发性高血压大鼠血管壁组织结构的影响

摘要 目的探讨联麦氧钒(BMOV)对自发性高血压(SHR)大鼠血管壁组织结构的影响及机制。方法选用36只SHR大鼠,随机分成空白组、硝苯地平组和联麦氧钒组,采用光镜和电镜观察联麦氧钒对SHR大鼠主动脉内膜及血管平滑肌形态学的影响。结果空白组大鼠主动脉内膜增厚,可见胶原纤维增殖。经联麦氧钒治疗后主动脉内膜未见增厚,无明显胶原纤维增殖。内皮细胞胞质含少量吞饮空泡,未见大空泡,核规整。结论联麦氧钒对SHR大鼠主动脉具有很好的保护作用。 Objective To explore the protective effects of his (maltolato) oxovanadium (BMOV) on the vascular wail structure of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs) and its mechanism. Methods 36 SHRs were randomly divided into blank group, nffedipine group and BMOV group to Observe the effect of BMOV on aortic intima and morphology of smooth muscle in SHRs by light microscope and electromicroscope. Results The aortic intima thickened and collagenous fibers proliferated in the blank group while there were no significant changes in aortic intima and collagenous fibers in BMOV group. Conclusions BMOV could play protective role in aorta of SHRs.
