摘要
参与式教师培训是指在参与的氛围中,使教师亲身体会主动、合作、探究学习的喜悦和困惑,以达到自身观念、态度和行为上的改变,并能将所学知识和方法运用于自己的工作实践。明确培训者和参训者的角色地位关系、形成培训环境建设策略、掌握活动过程设计及培训的方法策略是参与式教师培训得以成功运用的关键。
What particiapation teachers training means is that in participation atmosphere teachers themselves feel the pleasure and puzzlement of active, cooperative and explorative learning,change their own ideas, attitudes, and behaviour, and apply the methods and knowledge they learned into their practice.
The key to the success of participation training is the clarifying of the relation between the trainer and the trainee, the building strategies of forming training environment, and the mastering of the activity process design and training methods and strategies.
