摘要
本文以核安全导则HAF010(1)为基准,论述了概率法与构造法之间的同源协调性,并提出了相应的建议,希望有助于改善相关地震工作的科学性。
Take the Nuclear Safety Rule（ HAF010（1）） as the fundmentals, this paper analyzes the coherence of probabilistic method and tectonic method in seismic risk analysis, the two methods have the same scientific basis. Suggestions based on the analysis are proposed. We hope these analysis and suggestions are helpful to promote scientific level in seismic risk analysis.
