内蒙古包头地区汉族人血管紧张素转换酶基因与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因与糖尿病肾病(DN)发病的关系。方法:用PCR方法检测100例N IDDM病人及63例正常对照的ACE基因型。结果:ACE基因型及等位基因构成比在正常对照组和N IDDM组间无统计学差异;DD基因型及D等位基因频率在DN组(0.06)与非DN组(0.02)之间无显著性差异。结论:ACE基因多态性与DN发病无关。 Objective: To clarify if ACE gene I/D polymorphism attributes to the development of diabetic nephropathy in NIDDM. Methods: ACE genotypes were detected with PCR amplification among 100 patients with NIDDM and 63 controls who were hans from BaoTou, Inner Mongolia. Results: The genotype distribution was not significantly different between 100 patients with NIDDM and 63 normal controls; The DD genotype frequency was not significently different between DN group (0.06) and normal albuminuria (0.02) (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: There was no association between ACE gene I/D polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy.
