摘要
Fas为Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,属于肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)/神经生长因子受体(NGFR)超家族,Fas与其配体FasL或竞争性抗体相交联而诱导细胞凋亡,Fas信号转导及调节机制在维持机体自身平衡及许多疾病的发生中发挥着重要作用。近年来的研究证实,Fas信号转导及调节机制在肺间质纤维化中也起关键作用,对这一机制的认识可能为肺间质纤维化的治疗开辟新的方向。
Fas antigen (Fas) is a type Ⅰ membrane protein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR)/nerve growth factor receptor(NGFR) super family. Cross-linking of Fas with its ligand, FasL, or its competitive antibody can induce cell apoptosis. The signal tmnsduction and regulatory mechanisms of Fas plays an important role in keeping self balance in organism and the development of many deseases. It has also been proved that Fas signaling plays a critical role in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in recent years. The recognition of this mechanism may provide a new method in the therapy of current - pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
