核心蛋白多糖在病理性瘢痕形成中的作用

摘要 核心蛋白多糖(decorin)是蛋白多糖家族中的一员。其生物活性十分活跃,它能中和、灭活转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)等多种细胞因子,具有调节基质重构、抗凋亡、抗炎及抗黏附等作用,是一种抗纤维化的蛋白质。本文主要对其生物学效应、调控方式及在病理性瘢痕中的作用作一综述。 Deeorin is a member of proteoglycans families, whose biologic effect is very active. Decorin can neutralize and inactivate many eytokine, such as TGF-β, which is a kind of anti-fibrosis protein playing its role in the regulation of extracellular matrix, anti-apoptosis ,anti-inflammation and anti-adherence. This article reviews decorin about its biologic effect, regulation method and its role in pathological scarring.
