摘要
对低品位钙基膨润土进行了锂盐改性研究,考察了锂盐加入量、反应时间、反应温度、固液比、pH值等工艺条件对锂化性能的影响。结果表明钙基膨润土锂改性后性能有较大的提高:24h膨润值和膨胀倍分别为原土的4.3和5.2倍,胶质价为原土的5.3倍。
The Ca-bentonite was modified into Li-bentonite with lithium salt as modification reagent. The main technical conditions such as the dosage of the modification reagent, reaction time, temperature, the ratio of solid / liquid and pH value were studied systematically. The results indicated that the properties of modified bentonite were improved, of which the 24h swelling value, expanded times and the galotinous times were 4.3, 5.2 and 5.3 times of raw bentonite, respectively.
