摘要
为了解复方强化戊二醛消毒液对细菌芽孢杀灭效果,采用载体定量和定性杀菌试验进行了实验室观察和现场试验。结果,以含22.4 g/L戊二醛的复方强化戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用1 h,杀灭率>99.9%;作用3 h达到完全杀灭。能量试验对大肠杆菌最低有效浓度为1000 mg/L戊二醛。经模拟现场试验用含22.4 g/L戊二醛消毒液对污染在止血钳上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用3 h达到完全杀灭。连续使用稳定性杀菌试验,14 d后达到完全杀灭细菌芽孢的效果需要作用5 h。结论,复方强化戊二醛消毒液对细菌芽孢杀灭效果较好,性能稳定。
In order to know the sporicidal efficacy of compound potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfection solution, carrier quantitative and qualitative germicidal tests were used to carry out laboratory observation and field trial. Results: The killing rate of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores on carrier exposed to the compound potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfection solution containing glutaraldehyde 22.4 g/L for 1 h was 〉 99.9% and exposure for 3 h could completely kill the spores. In capacity test, the minimal effective concentration for Escherichia coli was 1000 mg/L glutaraldehyde. In simulated field test, the disinfection solution containing glutaraldehyde 22.4 g/L with a 3 h contact time could completely kill spores of BaciUus subtilis var. niger on hemostatic forceps. In germicidal test for stability during continuous use, 5 h was required for completely killing bacterial spores after use for 14 d. Conclusions: The compound potentiated glutaraldehyde disinfection solution has good sporicidal efficacy and good stability.
