老瓜头生物总碱抗炎作用机制的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究老瓜头生物总碱对气囊滑膜炎大鼠的抗炎作用机制。方法采用角叉菜胶(Car)25mg/kg制备大鼠气囊滑膜炎模型,分别观察老瓜头生物总碱2、4、8 mg/kg对气囊灌洗液中白细胞数、蛋白含量、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响。结果腹腔注射老瓜头生物总碱后,灌洗液中白细胞数、蛋白含量显著低于致炎组(P<0.01),并且灌洗液中TNF及IL-6的含量也低于致炎组(P<0.05)。结论老瓜头生物总碱抗炎作用的机制与降低TNF及IL-6的含量有关。 Objective To investigate the anti- inflammatory mechanism of Total Alkaloid of Cynanchum Komarovii AI. Icjinski on acute airpouch inflammatory model in rats. Methods Airpouch acute inflammatory model of rats was established with carrageenan(Car, 25mg/kg). The effects of Total Alkaloid of Cynanchum Komarovii AI. Icjinski (2, 4, 8mg/kg) on neutrophil (Neu) counts, protein content, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) content in exudates were measured, respectively. Results After intraperitioneal injection of Total Alkaloid of Cynanchum Komarovii AI. Icjinski Neu counts, protein content reduced sig- nificantly(P 〈0.01), and TNF and IL- 6 content reduced too( P 〈 0.05), compared to inflammatory group. Conclusion The anti - inflammatory mechanisms of Total Alkaloid of Cynanchum Komarovii AI. Icjinski is related to the reduction of TNF and IL - 6 contents.
