摘要
作者发现在硫酸介质中铜(Ⅱ)和碘离子能使孔雀绿缔合物发生褪色反应,实验并探讨了影响褪色反应的最佳条件和反应机理,建立了测量痕量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。灵敏度为8.82×10-8g/L,测量范围为0~60μg/L.用于试样中痕量铜的测定,结果令人满意。
The discoloration resulted from the oxidation of malachite green associate with Cu (Ⅱ) and iodide ion in sulfuric acid medium was found. The optimum condition influencing the discoloration and the reaction mechanism have been predicted. A new method for the determination of trace copper was developed. Its sensitivity is 8. 82 ×10-8 g/L and its linear range of determinations is 0~60μg/L for Cu(Ⅱ). This method has been applied to the determination of copper in water and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
