摘要 本文研究了锌对塞曼效应石墨炉原子吸收法测定硒的基体改进作用,用200mg/L的锌加入硒试液后,使灰化温度达到1000℃,灵敏度提高4.5倍。在最佳条件下,特征质量为29.9pg/0.0044A,检测限为5.3μg/L。校正曲线线性范围为0~600μg/L,50μg/L硒标准溶液9次测定的RSD为5.4%。含有200mg/L锌试液中,10mg/L的Ag、Ca、Cd、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Ni、Mg、Mn和Sn不干扰200μg/L硒的测定,所建立的方法应用于废水中硒的测定,回收率令人满意。 The matrix modification effect of zinc for Zeeman effect graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrotnetric determination of selenium has been studied. The addition of 200mg/L Zn to selenium solution allows a maximum charring temperature of 1000℃ and results in 4.5--fold increase in sensitivity.Under optimum conditions , a characteristic mass of 29. 9pg/0. 0044A and a detection limit of 5.3μg/L are obtained. Linearity of the calibration curve is abserved in the range of 0--600μg/L Se. Nine determinations of a 50μg/L Se standard solunon gives a RSD of 5.4%.For a 200μg/L Se solution containing 200mg/L Zn, 10mg/L of K,Ag,Ca,Cd,Cu,Mg,Mn,Ni,Sn,Fe and Cr causes no significant interference,respectively.The developed method has been applied to the determination of selenium in waste water with satisfactory recoveries being obtained.
