导轨几何误差辨识方法的研究 被引量:11

摘要 6自由度运动系统误差辨识是一项复杂而费时的工作。为了准确、高效地辨识出导轨几何误差,提出了一种新的误差辨识法,详细讨论了误差辨识的基本原理。该方法由6自由度运动系统导轨的误差模型和多体系统相邻体运动关系为基础,能通过测量仿真区域内10条直线的位移误差快速、精确地确定三个导轨的全部21项几何误差,缩短了误差辨识时间,且辨识过程中只需位移测量设备,是6自由度运动系统,甚至9自由度运动系统中误差辨识的有效方法。 The error identification of 6-DOF motion system is a complicated and time-consuming job, To identify the volumetric error of three guides accurately and effectively, a new identification method is put forward and its elementary principle is discussed. Based on the error model of guide and movement relation between adjacent bodies of multi-bodies, this method can confirm all twenty-one volumetric error of three guides rapidly and accurately by measuring displacement error subjected to ten beelines of simulation area. What's more, this method shortens the time of error identification only by displacement measuring equipment and is an effective method in 6-DOF simulation system even in 9-DOF simulation system. The analysis result is proved to be correct through experiment.
