摘要
为探讨新型引发体系对淀粉接枝共聚反应的影响,以玉米淀粉为原料,采用过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系合成了淀粉接枝丙烯酸丁酯共聚物,确定了丙烯酸丁酯浓度、引发剂浓度、过硫酸铵与亚硫酸氢钠间摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件。并通过红外光谱、X-射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对共聚产物结构进行了表征。过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系可有效降低接枝共聚反应的活化能,从而降低反应温度,且该接枝淀粉的合成工艺简单,成本较低。
To discuss the influence of new type initiator system on starch graft polymerization, copolymer of starch graft butyl-acrylate was synthesized with corn starch and (NH4 )2S2O8/NaHSO3 initiation system. Processing condition of butyl-acrylate concentration, initiator concentration, mole ratio of (NH4 )2S2O8 and NaHSO3, reaction temperature, reaction time and so on were guaranteed. The structure of copolymer was analyzed by using infrared spectrum, X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope. (NH4)2S2Os/NaHSO3 initiator system can reduce activation energy of graft polymerization reaction efficiently, reduce reaction temperature, get simple synthesis processing and lower cost.
