摘要
以苜蓿草粉为原料,模拟苜蓿颗粒的制粒过程,通过对不同粒度的苜蓿草粉进行压缩试验,得到颗粒挤出力与粒度、密度的关系,并建立数学模型,作为环模失效研究的基础参数.由此模型可得出,当密度达到草颗粒刻度时,得到出模压力;随着粒度的增加,力密系数和粒密系数增大.
The pelletization of alfalfa pellets as the material was simulated,and a compression experiment based on different granularity of alfalfa powder was carried out in the study, aiming to establish the mathematical model for revealing the relationship among the extruding force, granularity and density of pellets,as the basic parameter for the research on circular mould invalidation. The moulding pressure when the density reached pellet size could be calculated by means of the mathematical model. And the model indicated that extruding force-density cofficient and granularity-density coefficient would go up with the increase of the granularity.
