摘要 表达序列标签(expressed sequence tags,EST)是一种快捷、高效地揭示基因组信息的方法。本文对EST概念、技术原理及其在基因组研究中的应用和进展等方面内容进行了综述,并对EST在大豆基因组研究和抗孢囊线虫大豆研究中的应用进展作一介绍。 Expressed Sequence Tags （EST） has been proved to be a rapid and efficient approach to disclose the information of genome. The concept, technique priciple and its application on soybean with resistance to the soybean cyst nematode （SCN） were summarized in this paper.
