摘要
目的了解北京市东城区成人肥胖和超重人群与肥胖有关的疾病患病率,生活、饮食习惯以及与肥胖有关的知识、态度和行为。方法采用两阶段随机抽样方法,在北京市东城区肥胖和超重人群中随机抽取494人进行调查,调查采用一次性回顾性问卷调查并测量了被调查对象的身高、体重、腰围、臀围等指标。结果在494例被调查对象中,男性148人,占30%;女性346人,占70%。超重者占38%,肥胖者占62%。418人患有与肥胖有关的慢性非传染性疾病,患病率为84.6%;排在疾病谱第一位的是高血压,患病率63.6%。77.5%的人未采取任何减肥措施,59.5%的人日平均蔬菜摄入量低于250 g,55.7%的人没有吃水果的习惯。调查对象对肥胖者易患高血压、高血脂和糖尿病有较高的知晓率,但对每人每天食用油适宜摄入量和每天应该进行多长时间的锻炼的知晓率较低。结论超重和肥胖与饮食习惯、运动等因素密切相关,超重和肥胖者有慢性非传染性疾病的比例显著增高。
Objective To know about the status of prevalence rate, behaviors, diet and the knowledge, attitude, practice (KAP) related overweight and obesity among overweight and obesity adults in Dongcheng district, Beijing city. Methods 494 overweight and obesity adults in Dongcheng district, Beijing city were selected by two - stage random sampling.The survey was done by a retospective questionnaire, while the height, weight, waist circumference and buttocks circumference of the respondents were measured. Results 494 overweight and obesity adults consisted of 148 males (30%) and 346 females (70%), of which 38% were overweight, 62% obesity,418 respondents were suffered from chronic non - infectious diseases overweight and obesity, related to with 84.6% prevalence rate.The first place in the disease list was hypertension, with 63.6% prevalence rate.77.5% of the respondents took no measures to control overweight and obesity. For 59.5% of them vegetable intakes were less than 250 grams per capita per day.55.7% had not developed the good habit to insist on eating fruit everyday. The KAP rates of obesity liable to hypertension, high blood fat and diabetes were higher, more than 70%. But the KAP rate of oil intake amount and the time length of exercises everyday were lower, no more than 50%. Conclusion Overweight and obesity are related to diet, exercises and the other factors. The rates of suffering from chronic non - infectious disease among overweight and obesity population were higher than those among the normal.
