摘要
为防止快速铸轧时发生粘辊,通常采用石墨乳作为隔离剂,且石墨乳隔离剂必须保持合适的喷涂量才能保证既不发生粘辊又有较好的导热能力。从理论上分析了隔离剂对接触热导的影响,并通过实验研究了接触热导随喷涂量和表面活性剂乙醇添加量的变化规律。结果表明:接触热导随着喷涂量的增加先升高后下降;乙醇的加入使得导热能力升高,且随着乙醇浓度的增大,接触导热升高,在乙醇含量为15%时导热能力最好,随后接触热导基本不随浓度的改变而改变。
Graphite is usually used to prevent cohesive,but the right dose of graphite should be choosed so that a good capacity of thermal contact conductance can be realized when preventing cohesive. The influence of the dose of graphite and the content of alcohol on thermal contact resistance (TCR) was studied. Result shows that TCR increases at first and then decrease along with the increase of graphite. TCR increases along with the increase of the content of alcohol, the best capacity of thermal contact conductance is attained when the the content of alcohol is 15% , then it will not change.
