摘要
粗纱机控制系统属于大惯量、非线性时变系统,良好的跟踪性能和稳定性一直是粗纱机研究中的一个难点。传统的PID和通常的自适应控制都不能满足本系统的要求,为此,提出模糊控制器与PID调节器相结合的控制方案,用模糊控制来克服一般PID控制容易产生超调(跑车)现象,同时用PID控制来避免模糊控制稳态精度不高的缺点;在硬件上,采用PC104系统来代替通用的ISA或PC I卡以提高系统稳定性。这种新型控制系统在高速粗纱机FA467的开发过程中得到了成功应用,证明了该新型控制系统是切实可行的。
Roving Frame control system is a large intertia and nonlinear system, traditional PID and self- adaption control method can not satisfy the need of this system. A new plan that PID is combined with fuzzy control was put forward. In the plan fuzzy control was used to overcome the over - tune phenomenon of PID control, and PID was used to avoid the defect of stable - state low precision, For hardware, PCI04 was used to replace the traditional ISA or PCI cards to improve the system stability. This control system was used well in developing the high - speed roving frame FA467, and it is proved that the new control system is practical.
