Influence of planting densities and temperature on the growth and post-harvest characters of potted miniature roses(Rosa hybrida 'Miniature Pink')

摘要 在自行研制的人工气候室内,以微型盆栽月季微粉(Rosa hybrida‘M in iature P ink’为试验材料,研究栽培密度和生长温度对其生长与产后性状的影响。结果表明,与较适宜温度(昼温25℃,夜温21℃)相比,在高温(昼温32℃,夜温26℃)条件下,花枝变短,节间数变少,开花提前,花径变小,瓶插时间变短,花质量下降,叶面积变小;单株鲜重及干重均明显减少;在不同栽培密度条件下,密度3(每盆栽3株)花枝最长,单株叶面积最大,而密度1(每盆栽1株)的枝叶鲜重及干重最大。 Potted miniature roses (Rosa hybrida ‘Miniature Pink' ) were used to study the influence of planting densities and growing temperature on the growth and postharvest performance. Miniature roses were grown in the controlled chambers developed by ourselves. 25℃ day / 21℃ night and 32 ℃ day / 26 ℃ night growing conditions were set. Under the higher temperature compared to the lower(suitable) temperature, plants had shorter flower shoot, fewer nodes, quicker flowering, smaller flower diameter,smaller flower longevity, lower flower quality, smaller leaf area;and plantlets of lighter fresh/dry weight were got. Under different plant densities conditions, the third density (3 plantlets per pot) had the longest flower shoot and the largest leaf area while the first density ( 1 plantlet per pot) had the greatest fresh/dry weight.
