摘要
通过对100 mF.V/g钽粉电性能研究,及对成型、赋能、被膜关键工序进行研究,用此钽粉生产出两种代表规格的钽电容器6.3 V 10μF(S)、10 V 47μF(B),同时确定了钽粉的适用范围为16 V和16 V以下的钽电容器。
Made a research on electrical performance of 100 mF · V/g tantalum powder and such key processes as pellet pressing, formation and manganizing, then fabricated typical tantalum capacitors with two ratings 6.3 V 10 μF(S) ,10 V 47 μF(B)by using 100 mF · V/g tantalum powder. It is concluded that 100 mF · V/g tantalum powder is suitable for producing tantalum capacitor with rating of 16 V or below 16 V.
