摘要
对五味子种子进行不同处理,结果表明,10~15℃湿沙贮存和沙藏前处理有利于打破种子休眠,提高发芽率。其中,沙藏前先用1%CuSO4溶液浸泡10min,再用0.25%GA1处理24h的种了发芽率最高,为64%;单独用0.25%GA3和1%CuSO4溶液处理24h的种子发芽率分别为58%和54%;经GA3溶液处理的种子裂口一致,发芽整齐。流水冲洗和浓H2SO4处理对打破种子休眠也有一定效果。
Schisandra chinensis (Trucz.) Baill seeds had been treated with different methods in the storage period. The results showed that storing the seeds in humid sand of 10-15℃ and treating seeds before storage were most favourable to breaking seed dormancy and improving seed germination rate. The germination rate was the highest (64%) when seeds were soaked for 10 min by 1 %CuSO4 and then 24 h by 0.25%GA3. The germination rate were 58% and 54% when treated by 0.25% GA3 or 1%CuSO4. Moreover, the seed break and germination were more consistent and tidy when seeds were treated with GA3. There were also effects on breaking dormancy treated with flowing water washing or 98% H2SO4.
