摘要
阐述了信息保障在高校R＆D活动中的功能，并在分析高校R＆D对信息需求特点的基础上，论述了高校R＆D信息保障体系的构建，提出了信息保障服务的新模式。
This paper expounds the functions of information guarantee system in university R＆D activities. Based on an analysis of the characteristics of information demand in university R＆D activities, this paper provides some propositions in building an information guarantee system and some suggestions of new modes of information guarantee service.
