摘要 目的:研究相对膀胱出口梗阻参数与膀胱排空能力之间的关系,探讨其对于BPH患者的临床意义。方法:66名年龄在55岁以上并表现有下尿路症状的BPH患者被纳入本研究。所有患者均行尿动力学检查,对相对膀胱出口梗阻参数和排尿后剩余尿(PVR)之间的相关性进行研究。结果:相对膀胱出口梗阻参数(AG值/WFmax和URA/WFmax)与PVR之间的相关性强于AG值和URA。结论:相对膀胱出口梗阻参数能够更好地评价膀胱排空能力,有重要的临床指导意义。 Objective:To study the relationship between relative bladder outlet obstruction and bladder emptying and its clinical significance for benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH ). Methods: Urodynamic examinations were conducted in 66 eases of clinically diagnosed BPH who were older than 55. The relationship between relative bladder outlet obstruction and post void residual volume(PVR) was assessed. Results:The relationship between parameters of relative bladder outlet obstruction(A G number/WFmax and URA/ WFmax ) and PVR was greater than the relationship between A-G number,URA and PVR. Conclusions:The parameters of relative bladder outlet obstruction are good at evaluation for bladder emptying and thus clinically useful.
