摘要 生物柴油是一种新的替代燃料,大多以动植物油作为原料来生产,以至于成本很高。本文利用餐饮业废油脂在酸性催化剂的条件下生产生物柴油,提出了方法与工艺流程,从试验与结果分析得出了最优的生产方案:油醇摩尔比1∶20,催化剂用量1.2%,反应时间8h,此时,转酯化产率为88.3%。 Bio - diesel fuel is a new substitute of fuel, which is usually produced from propagation oil with high cost. A means of making bio - diesel fuel by using the waste oil from restaurant with an acidic catalyzer was developed. The technology flow is introduced in this paper. The optimum parameters of the technology are obtained as follows : ratio of oil and mellow 1 : 20, dosage of catalyzed. 2%, and reaction time 8h. With these conditions, the rate of transesterification is 88.3 %.
