摘要
将140只1日龄艾维茵商品代肉仔鸡,随机分为7组.试验采用2×3因子设计,另设一个对照组,共7个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复5只鸡.在基础日粮中分别添加铜10、50和100mg/kg饲料,分别来自酵母铜和硫酸铜,试验期为21天.试验结果表明:添加10~100mg/kgCu,硫酸铜和酵母铜对肉仔鸡日增重和采食量的影响不显著(p>0.05),与对照组相比,100 mg/kgCu均可以提高肉鸡日增重(p<0.05);酵母铜组的肝脏铜、铁、锌的浓度,胰脏和肾脏铜含量均高于硫酸铜组(p<0.01);硫酸铜组肌肉铜含量高于酵母铜组(p<0.01);两种铜源对胫骨铜、锌和锰的含量没有影响(p>0.05).
140 commercial broilers were used to determine the effects of Cu source on trace element concentration of broiler tissues. The boilers were fed to either a control diet (based on corn and soybean meal), or the control diet supplemented with reagent -grade Cu sulfate pentahydrate ( CuSO4) or yeast copper at 10, 50, or 100 mg/kg diet for 21days. There is no significant difference in broiler growth and intake between birds fed to diet containing Cu from either source ( p 〉 0.05 ). Feeding Cu from either source at 100 mg/kg significantly increases broiler growth compared with control(p 〈0.05). Cu, Fe, and Zn concentration in liver and Cu concentration in pancreas and kidney are increased by yeast copper supplementation ( p 〈 0.01 ). Cu concentration in muscle of CuSO4 supplemented group is higher than that of yeast Cu supplemented one(p 〈0.01 ). No effect from Cu source is observed on Cu, Zn, and Mn contents in tibia( p 〉0.05).
