摘要
案例教学法作为一种新型的教学方法不仅遍及美国,也已在管理学、法学中被引入到我国。在法学专业中实施案例教学法成为法学界关注的话题。实施民法案例教学,应培植新的教学理念,建立丰富的案例库,完善已有的教学法,提升教师教学素质和水平。
As a new kind of teaching method, case method not only pervades in America, but also introduced to our country in the field of management science and law. Implementing case method in law major has become a concerning topic in the scope of law science. To carry out case method of civil law, new teaching concept should be fostered, rich stock of cases should be established, present teaching method should be perfected and teachers＂ teaching quality and level should be promoted.
