摘要
目的:从管理学的角度探讨道路交通事故的救治与急诊外科的发展。方法:本文从多方面阐述了影响急诊外科发展的因素,分析了当今道路交通事故伤的危害和市场需求,结果:急诊外科是医院的窗口、服务情况体现了医院的形象和管理水平。结论:急诊外科发展前景看好。并从战略高度提出了发展急诊外科所必备的各种条件,强调了对管理层的要求。
Objective To explore the rescue and remedy of the injury resulted from the traffic accident and the development of emergency surgery. Methods This thesis elaborates the factors that influence the development of emergency surgery and, analyses the harmfulness of the present traffic accident and the requirement of management. Results Emergency surgery is the hospital＇s window open to the public, reflecting image and the management level of hospital. Conclusion The prospect of the emengeny sugery is optimistic.
