摘要 在危重病中很多因素可导致高血糖。高血糖可以引起液体失衡,降低免疫功能和增加感染。危重患者血糖升高程度与病情轻重及预后有很高的相关性。 Many factors contribute to hyperglycemia in critical ill patients. Hyperglycemia can affect liquid balance and decrease immune function,and promote inflammation.The degree of hyperglycemia is associated with adverse outcome and prognosis.
