摘要
通过对不同磁性材料的喷涂层进行感应重熔试验,以及对重熔层进行显微分析、成份分析、相组成分析等研究,探讨了感应加热时,不同的材料磁性、不同的涂层厚度、不同的感应加热工艺参数等对重熔温度的影响。
In this article,a series of radio-frequercy induction fusing tests on the different material costings are made.By way of microstructural,microconstituent and phase constituent analysis,the authors studied the effect on fusing temperature with different thickness of coatings,different magnetism of material and different induction heating technology parameter when fusing,further,found some rule offected on the quality of coating.
