摘要
目的:建立了测定盐酸头孢替安含量的HPLC法。方法:利用高效液相色谱法。结果:盐酸头孢替安浓度在0．02-0．08g/L范围内呈线性关系,线性方程为y=8E+0．6x+341．71线性相关系数r=0．9995,测定结果的平均加标回收率为99．86％,相对标准偏差为0．52％。结论:结果表明实验方法简便、快速、结果准确,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for Determination of Cefotiam Hydrochloride. Methods： Using Performance Liqud Chromatogrphy. Results： The range of Linear correlation is 0.02 - 0.08g/L, y = 8E ＋ 06x ＋ 341. 71, r= 0.9995.The average recovery of the method is 99.86%,RSD is 0.52%. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of Cefotiam Hydrochloride.
