摘要
目的:测定消喘膏中延胡索乙素的含量。方法:色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil C18(200mm×4．6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液(三乙胺调pH值至6．0)(55:45),流速为1．0ml·min-1,检测波长为280nm。结果:延胡索乙素进样量在0．051μg-1．020μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0．9999),平均回收率为99．35％(n=9)．RSD为0．75%。结论:本方法简便快速,分离度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective. To determine tetrahydropalmatine in Xiaochuan Gao by HPLC. Methods： HPLC column was Dikma Diarnonsil C18 （ 200mm × 4.6mm, 5μm）, mobile phase was Methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（ triethylamine adjusted pH to 6.0）（ 55： 45）, flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and detection wavelength was 280nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 051μg--1. 020μg for tetrahydropalrnatine（ r=0. 9999）, The average recovery was 99. 35 % and RSD 0.75 % （n = 9）. Conclusion. The method with good separation is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable.
