摘要
目的：建立枳椇子的质量控制方法。方法：以槲皮素为对照品，采用薄层层析（TLC）法和高效液相色谱（HPLC）法分别对枳椇醇提物进行了定性鉴别及含量测定。结果：含量测定中，槲皮素在1．32～5．28μg线形关系良好（r=0．9999），回收率为98．78％，RSD为1．08%。结论：TLC鉴别方法专属性强；含量测定方法精密度高，重复性好，简便快速，可用于枳椇子的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a quality standard of Hovenia dulics extraction. ME;THODS The presence of quercetin was identified and assayed by TLC and HPLC, respectively. RESULTS Linearity of marker was obtained over the range of 1.32 - 5.28 g （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 98.78 %（RSD was 1. 08 %）. CONCLUSION TLC identification is specific. The assay method is accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.
