摘要
90年代早期,北京协和医院率先将“患者自控镇痛(patient-controlled analgesia,PCA)”这一技术引入中国。“急性疼痛服务(acute pain service,APS)”,即通过引入一支由不同专业人员组成的队伍专职于全院范围内所有急性疼痛的治疗。尽管欧美等在该方面积累了丰富的经验。但国内的发展仍显滞后,北京协和医院自2004年4月正式开展APS至2005年4月间,共收治1050例患者,在此作一回顾。
In the early 1990s, PUMCH introduced PCA (patient-controlled analgesia) technique into China, But the analgesic treatment of postoperafive pain remains inedequate today and has not advanced significantly for fecent years. The development of APS(acuta pain service) is an attempt to address the problem by the introduction of a multidisciplinary team to improve the management of acute pain service throughout the hospital. Despite extensive experience in the USA and Europe, there has been little development of APS in China, due to many factors. From April 2004 to April 2005,1,050 patients in PUMCH treated with PCA received APS Relevant clinical data were retrospectively analyzied to get the first year experience.
