摘要
生物检测技术在食品检验中应用越来越广泛,对食品检测中的主要生物检测方法及其主要应用领域进行了综述,并对发展前景做了展望。
The application of technology of bioassay in food inspection becomes more and more extensive. The main methods and research fields applied of bioassay were reviewed. The future trends of this research direction are also discussed.
