摘要
提出了一种实现自动跟踪运动目标的基本算法和跟踪方法,论述了基于该方法的电视监控系统的组成及特点.该监控系统可实现对运动物体的自动云台跟踪、自动录像和报警功能.
A method and arithmetic of auto-tracing object is presented. Makeup and characters of the video monitor and control system based on the method are described. The system can realize functions of auto-trace, auto-record and alarm.
