摘要
运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差热分析仪(DSC)、纤维强力试验仪等先进测试仪器和分析手段,分析并比较不同处理条件下海-岛型聚酯复合超细纤维的碱处理效果,得出海-岛型聚酯复合超细纤维的最佳开纤工艺。
The sea-island composite fiber was treated with NaOH solution of different concentration for different periods of time.The weight loss was measured to compare the treatment degree followed by the testing of the mechanical and thermal performance.At the same time,the SEM photos showed the surface topography and can be used to explain the relationship between the weight loss and the fiber performance.From above,the best treatment processes was determined to obtain the superfine fiber from the raw sea-island composite fiber.
